Ava Katherine is a very special 2 year old little girl with Achondroplasia—the most common form of dwarfism. Unfortunately, she has spent all of her young life in an Eastern European orphanage. She doesn’t know what life is like outside of those walls. She hasn’t experienced life as other young toddlers have. She doesn’t know that she has a Mommy, a Daddy, and a big brother waiting in anticipation to bring her home! However, you can help change all of that! We need your help!
